A CEPROF/ESPE é parceira no projeto “Interdisciplinary AI training and real-world applications for SMEs” que decorrerá entre 2022 e 2024 e que conta com parceiros de Malta, Itália, Turquia, Espanha, Grécia e Portugal.
Objetivos do projeto:
- Apoiar a difusão de tecnologias, a investigação aplicada e as práticas inovadoras de ensino-aprendizagem nas PME, a fim de tornar a formação profissional mais relevante para as necessidades atuais e futuras da economia e da sociedade;
- Atualizar e aperfeiçoar o currículo do EFP para as PME com base na inteligência artificial, a fim de formar pessoal com as competências necessárias ao mercado de trabalho, bem como adaptá-lo às transições ecológica e digital, tendo em conta a evolução das necessidades;
- Desenvolver uma pedagogia digital para educadores e alunos, e criar e utilizar conteúdos educativos digitais de forma inovadora, com vista a promover a igualdade de género e a colmatar as diferenças no acesso e na utilização de grupos sub-representados.

- Enquadramento sobre IA para PMEs.

CEPROF/ESPE is a partner in the “Interdisciplinary AI training and real-world applications for SMEs” project, which will take place between 2022 and 2024 and has partners from Malta, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Greece and Portugal.
Project Objectives:
- To support technology diffusion, applied research and innovative teaching-learning practice in SMEs to make vocational training more relevant to the current and future needs of the economy and society;
- Updating and upgrading the VET curriculum for SMEs based on skills intelligence to train staff with the skills needed by the labour market, as well as adapting it to the green and digital transitions, adhering to changing skill needs;
- Developing digital pedagogy for educators and learners, and creating and using digital education content innovatively, with a view to promoting gender equality and addressing differences in access and use of underrepresented groups.
