A CEPROF/ESPE é parceira no projeto “PermaVET – Permaculture in Vocational Education and Training” que decorrerá entre 2020 e 2022 e que conta com parceiros da Alemanha, Polónia e Chipre.

Objetivos do projeto:

  • Aumentar a sensibilização dos alunos do ensino profissional em vários setores relevantes para a sustentabilidade e alterações climáticas, desenvolvendo competências vocacionais específicas para se reduzir o uso de energia, poupar recursos e processar alimentos orgânicos sustentáveis
  • Sensibilizar os estudantes para o potencial específico da permacultura na estimulação de mudanças sociais.

Resultados finais:

  • Um módulo de formação base para todos os alunos do ensino profissional que inclui 8 unidades de ensino;
  • Um módulo de formação para alunos do ensino profissional em cozinha/gastronomia que inclui 12 unidades de ensino;
  • Um módulo de formação para alunos do ensino profissional em eletrónica/mecatrónica que inclui 12 unidades de ensino;
  • Uma coleção de receitas internacional exclusiva: cozinha sazonal e regional com produtos da permacultura;
  • 40 vídeos de aprendizagem.

CEPROF/ESPE is a partner in the project “PermaVET – Permaculture in Vocational Education and Training” which will take place between 2020 and 2022 and has partners from Germany, Poland and Cyprus.

Project objectives:

  • Raise awareness of VET students in various sectors relevant to sustainability and climate change, developing specific vocational skills to reduce energy use, save resources and process sustainable organic food;
  • Sensitize students to the specific potential of permaculture in stimulating social change.

 

Final results:

  • A basic training module for all VET trainees that includes 8 teaching units;
  • A training module for VET trainees in cooking/gastronomy that includes 12 teaching units;
  • A training module for VET trainees in electronics/mechatronics that includes 12 teaching units;
  • One exclusive international collection of recipes: Seasonal and regional cooking with products from permaculture;
  • 40 learning videos
